They are not a bid, contract, appraisal, permit approval, legal opinion, or engineering determination. Pricing and scope are confirmed only in a signed written proposal after a site review.
Zoning and permitting
Zoning, code, and permitting information is general and can change by jurisdiction and over time. Parcel-specific verification with the governing agency is required before relying on any statement about what can be built.
