Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through our estimate, contact, and ADU planning forms — typically your name, phone number, email address, project location, and project details. We may also record the page you submitted from, the referring site, campaign parameters, and the submission time.
Site and campaign measurement
When you first arrive we store, in your browser, the page path you landed on, the referring site (origin and path only — no query string), and any campaign parameters in the link you clicked. These are attached to a request you submit so we know how you found us. If product analytics is enabled on this site it runs only with a configured key, records page views and non-identifying interaction events, and never receives your name, email, phone number, address or message text.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare estimates, coordinate site visits, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We may share limited project details with subcontractors, suppliers, or agencies when it is necessary to prepare an estimate or complete permitted work. We do not share your contact details for unrelated marketing.
Data retention and security
Submitted requests are retained for as long as needed for business and record-keeping purposes and are stored using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing build@buildconstructioncorp.com or calling (323) 479-1859. You can also block or clear browser storage and cookies at any time; the forms will still work.

We update this page when our forms or measurement tools change. This page describes our current practices and is not legal advice.
